So it turns out that replicating J. Michael Bailey's study about he existence of bisexual men has resulted in demonstrating that they do exist. A doctoral student at Northwestern has published a study using methods similar to Bailey's. It turns out that some men are attracted to images of men with men as well as women with women. Amusingly, on CNN.com where this was posted, the commenters (not exactly a brain trust) kept asking why effort was being expended to prove the obvious.
Ultimately, it's pointless. We're in the second decade of the 21st century. We're too far along to be having this discussion. Spend ten minutes on Craigslist looking to see what men are looking for. This has all been said before; that's the point. The politics of gender, sex and sexuality are at a low point, leaving us to gnash our teeth at issues that should have been resolved decades ago.

Oh yes, I saw that too. Totally agree with this post! The things they'll give research grants for these days.
